Service Description

Somatic archaeology developed by Dr. Ruby Gibson is a somatic technique that helps you to uncover the stories, memories, emotions and ancestral patterns that live within your body and may manifest as chronic pain or disease. This 90 minute session will help you begin to tune into your body so you can uncover the stories that live in your soma. Through breath work and guided exploration, I will assist you with uncovering these stories so you can release them and dream forward.
